When you submit a form on this site or opt in at a GLAS experience, we collect the contact details you provide (such as name, email, phone, and business information) to respond to your request, deliver your portrait and personalized results, and — where you've consented — send relevant communications from Spring or the host brand. Consent-based data captured at a brand's GLAS deployment belongs to that brand; Spring never sells or resells personal data.
We collect aggregate usage analytics (such as sessions, look engagement, and page interactions) to operate and improve our services. These analytics do not include your uploaded photos.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and audited, and each customer organization's data is isolated.
